  1. Online Order Procedure?

Ans: To shop online follow these steps:

  • Go to varietybooks.pk, 
  • click on the item you like,
  • Select color, size and click on ‘buy now’,
  • If you want to shop more products then click on "continue shopping",
  • Click on ‘next’,
  • Provide your address and details,
  • Click on - I confirm my order,
  • Pay cash on delivery or Online.
  1. Order cancellation policy?

    • Orders will be cancelled automatically within 48 working hours if order confirmation call is not received.
    •Order received with wrong address or contact numbers are cancelled as soon as received.
    •Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled. 
    • If a customer refused to take delivery each time, even after placing the order such customer orders are cancelled automatically.
    • Customers who return orders after confirmation again and again their orders are not accepted.
  1. Exchange & Return Policy?
  • We have 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Toys, Decoration Items, Swimming Gears, Stationery & Baby Care Items. 
  • You may please send parcel to us through any courier company at the address shared once return query is generated.
  • Please note that items must be unused and contains all the original tags and packaging (if any).
  • Once the items reach us, we will directly issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.  

4. Order Delivery Time?

- Our delivery time is 7-10 working days for COD Orders and 2-5 Days for pre-paid orders.

5. Delivery Areas?

- We deliver across Pakistan. 

6. Can you hold my order?
- Yes, we can hold your parcel for 3-4 days after advance payment.

7- Can I modify my order?

9- Delivery Charges?

Yes, we charge Rs. 199/- as a delivery fee.

10- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both cash on delivery and pre-paid method for payments.

11- How do I track my order after it's been shipped?

After order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number through E-mail and/or through message.
