WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
Variety has a 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, Stationery & Baby Care Items. You may please send parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Please note that items must be unused and contains all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reach us, we will directly issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
- If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by us.
- Items purchased online can also be returned and exchanged at any Variety outlet, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above Return and Exchange Policy.
