Product Description

SB Leafing Size is a water-based adhesive perfectly suited for gilding projects. It suitable to use with Leaf. It is the ideal adhesive to use when you are creating thin glazes, washes, and water colour effect without having to reduce colour strength and adhesive qualities.

Leafing Size stays open where prolonged track time is needed. This water based gliding adhesive is developed to dry to a transparent finish and can be cleaned up with water.

Leafing Size does not require dilution – meaning it can be used directly from the container. It is perfect to use on porous and non-porous surfaces including canvas, glass, leather, metal, plaster, and wood.

At normal humidity, the proper tack of this water based gliding adhesive will develop in 25 minutes and will typically stay open for about 24 hours.

Leafing Size is non-toxic and is classified as non-hazardous in accordance with GHS criteria in Australia. It mostly contains water and acrylic acid polymer, which is widely used in many industrial, professional and consumer products and have relatively low toxicity. However, avoid ingestion and contact with eye and skin.
